Higher requirements than krav eco-labeling

Everything that we serve is prepared from 100 percent organic raw materials from our own farm. What we can't produce ourselves such as tea, coffee, beer and wine, we buy in. But, naturally, they are organic too. We never compromise on our conviction that the best food is made from the best organic raw materials. Our organic convictions apply in the restaurant as well as in the shop, the dairy and the bakery. At Ängavallen we can guarantee that all our products are free of GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms) and chemicals, as we produce everything ourselves, from farm to fork. Even the fodder that our cows, sheep and pigs eat comes from our own crops. We do not compromise and therefore do not permit any exceptions. That means that we set higher requirements than the Krav eco-labelling scheme.

Lunch:
Monday - Friday: Arrival noon 12 - 2 pm.

 
Dinner:
Tuesday - Saturday: Arrival 5 pm - 8 pm.

Sunday brunch with safari: Arrival noon 12 - 3 pm.

Sunday dinner: Arrival 3 pm - 6 pm. 

Farm Shop: 

Wednedsay - Friday: noon 12 - 6 pm.
Saturday and Sunday: noon 12 - 3 pm.
